Handmade with Care

At Coastline Boutique, each piece is handmade with care and personally inspected by me for quality and craftsmanship before it is packaged and shipped.  We want you to receive a treasure you'll love.

All Sales are Final

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in craftmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopcoastlineboutique@gmail.com. 

To process a replacement or credit, we require:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.
  • A photo of the shipping packaging (this helps us with carrier claims)

Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
