Shipping policy

• In-Stock Items: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be quality-checked and prepared for shipment from our Beaufort studio.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because these pieces are created specifically for you, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Please refer to the individual product description for specific timelines.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS to ensure your coastal treasures arrive safely.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Coastline Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, Coastline Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our studio.
